Returns & Exchanges
At Pieces by MZ, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. Every piece is inspected with care before it leaves our workshop. For this reason, we operate under a strict no-return and no-exchange policy, except in cases where an item is proven to be defective.
If you believe you have received a defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include photographs and your order details so our team can review the issue promptly. If the defect is confirmed, we will guide you through the process of return or exchange.
Please note that items which have been worn, damaged by the customer, or altered after delivery will not qualify for return or exchange.
