Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it immediately enters our production process. For this reason, cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.
We kindly ask customers to review their order details carefully—including product selection, measurements, and custom requests—before confirming their purchase. Since each item is custom-made, resources and time are allocated as soon as the order is processed, making cancellations unfeasible.
This policy allows us to maintain efficiency and fairness for all clients, while ensuring that your order receives our full attention from the moment it is placed.
